Happy Saturday!
I am so excited for those of you who are making the transition into our VIP program! As we prepare, I encourage you to take measurements and photos again to compare with your previous measurements and photos from six weeks ago. Remember, we aren't focused on the scale. I am more concerned with your other non-scale victories. If you are comfortable with sharing your measurements, pictures and/or testimonials, I would love for you to share them with me! As always, I will respect your privacy and only share if you're comfortable with me doing so! I can also blur out your face! People love to see before and afters! Yours might just be the motivation someone else needs to take this positive step for themselves their health!
Take some time today to reflect on where you were when you started the FASTer Way and how much progress you have made! Have you experienced physical changes? Is your mindset different and/or stronger? Remember that every single small win counts!

Post a screenshot of your macros to our SLACK group. Don't stop now. Accountability is everything throughout this journey! The most successful are those who continue to allow for accountability.
