WEEK 6: DAY 5 · FRIDAY 

Y’all know I love Fridays because I LOVE hearing about all of your Weekly Wins! And I know you all love seeing each other’s wins, too! I cannot stress this enough - it is super important to consistently celebrate ALL of your wins.  Small, consistent wins are what will keep you traveling forward. You’re doing great. 

Today, try a MODERATE CARB day if you want! If you didn't see yesterday afternoon’s post, refer back to it so you know how to set up moderate carb day and can add it to your schedule going forward if you want a change. Don’t feel intimidated. We’re sticking with the same principles we’ve practiced since day one. We’ll track our macros, hit our goals, and feel amazing. 

It is also a rest day/active recovery day within the FASTer Way. Walking the dog, gardening, yoga and even carrying groceries into the house are ALL great examples of active recovery day movements. These daily activities also come with major health benefits such as calorie burning and fat loss while promoting a healthy heart and healthy joints! Making small changes to increase daily non-exercise activity can make a BIG difference in fat loss results.  Just move!
