Today I want to talk to you about the weekly meal guide that you'll receive in your new FASTer Way VIP app. Maybe you have taken advantage of the meal guides in the FASTer Way New Client app throughout these last 6 weeks. Maybe you haven’t. Just know they are ALWAYS there for you when you’re in a rut! Even if just as a guide to give you a taste of your food options! As I encouraged you in the very beginning - it is always best to look at your meal guides a week ahead of time, decide what you're going to use from that meal plan and work the rest of your meals around it If you don't like avocados, by all means, don't eat them! Following the meal plan is a sure-fire way to have fantastic results while also healing your body; however, you absolutely have flexibility with your nutrition as long as it works with your macro goals!

Occasionally in VIP, we switch up the food cycle to help our bodies resist plateau.  The monthly challenges in our VIP community are the BEST and will ensure that your results keep progressing. The meal guides inform you about the food cycle for the upcoming week, provide you with a grocery list AND offer a daily breakdown of meals for you and your family to enjoy.  

With this incredible resource, you’ll stay tight on your macros and continue to reach your nutrition goals.  Be on the lookout for an email each Friday in VIP for the upcoming week’s meal guides. This gives you plenty of time to grocery shop before you begin your journey into VIP next Monday!

HOW MOTIVATION WORKS…

While motivation is a great tool to use to get started, we know that it doesn’t always follow us around. The more we act, the more motivation we have. When we see results, that motivates us to keep going. When we feel better, that motivates us to keep going. When someone gives us a compliment, that motivates us to keep going. In order to experience these things, we have to ACT first. We have to consistently show up for ourselves. This isn’t to be confused with perfection. You should know by now that consistency (not perfection) is the goal!

Never, ever give up due to lack of motivation. Motivation isn't reliable. Action is always reliable. Keep. Going.
