WEEK 6: DAY 2 · TUESDAY 

Happy Tuesday, friends! We have packed a ton of learning in the last six weeks, haven’t we? Most programs only teach you the "what". We teach you the "what", the "when" and most importantly, the "WHY". Knowledge is power and I aim to give you as much knowledge as I can along the way. What you do with it is up to you!

Last week, I gave you a sneak peek into the app, but I know that there is a lot to take in; therefore, let's just focus on the digital workout studio today. Our digital workout studio is one of the best I’ve ever witnessed and will meet your needs, wherever you are in your fitness journey. You’ll have access to home, gym and low impact options. We even have more advanced options. In addition, we also have the following options:

  • Barre

  • Yoga

  • Dance Cardio

  • HIIT Boxing

  • Pilates

  • Abs

  • Strength

  • Stretching/Mobility

  • Cycle/Spin

  • Kids workouts for the littles!

We aren't a cookie cutter program and we recognize that all of our needs are different, and especially so as we move forward. Our goals become more specific. Within our VIP Membership, I will also introduce you to more upper level strategies so that we can tailor for your specific needs.

If you want to continue thriving, prevent weight gain and/or plateaus, the VIP Membership is a no brainer! Consistency and engagement will be two major components of your success, and I am here to support you with every step!
