WEEK 4: DAY 7 · SUNDAY
Weekly Wrap Up and Looking Ahead
“This week, I will not break promises to myself. I believe that every time I break a promise to myself, I begin to distrust my own words a little more and lose a little more faith in my abilities. I am committed to working on self-trust and self-love.”
Can you believe that we are wrapping up our fourth week of the FASTer Way? Four weeks into what will hopefully now be your forever lifestyle! I hope you realize by now that this isn't a temporary, get thin quick diet. It's a lifestyle, but it's a lifestyle that offers grace upon grace. Not only that, but it gives you your health back and that’s invaluable! Truly living this lifestyle builds a healthier body and mind. You should never want this to end! Here is my free tip of the day: Accept that your health journey is for the long-term, but take it day by day. Day. By. Day.
If you've committed consistently throughout these last four weeks, hopefully you're seeing changes to your overall body composition as you build lean, calorie-burning muscle. It's not a sprint but by now, you are likely noticing some changes, both physical and mental. The amazing thing is that you're likely seeing changes even if you haven't been perfect! Remember, it's all about consistent progress - not perfection!
This past week in our group, we discussed the importance of changing your mindset, why the scale isn't the best tool to measure our progress and how alcohol can negatively affect your fat loss results. I hope you enjoyed learning about all of this information, as embracing it will be a game-changer throughout the rest of your journey. ➡
Keep up your engagement, friends! You have come way too far to give up now. Commit today to engage with the group every single day this week. Deal? 👊 I've mentioned it before - those who engage the most and allow themselves to be held accountable, have the best results and that’s a promise!
TODAY’S ACTION ITEMS:
Post a screenshot of macros for me to review. Tracking while you’re learning is a huge piece of the puzzle, friends. It’s time to put the pedal to the metal! 🚀
Be on the lookout for our Week 5 training tomorrow. We have some new strategies to implement next week so come ready to learn!
It's important to spend some time today, speaking positive affirmations over yourself. I can not wrap up this week without reiterating the importance of the mindset component again because I feel at the end of the day, mindset is what's going to keep your head in the game over the course of your journey.
Listen friends, it is never too late. What I care about is your future! Regardless of where you are today, you've learned and you’ve grown. These are actually important pieces of the puzzle. Most importantly, you've learned more about yourself! It's important to self reflect on some things:
What have been your struggles over the last four weeks?
What have been your roadblocks? How have you overcome these roadblocks?
What have been your triggers? How can you better manage those triggers?
What have you done well? Does pre-tracking help? Does laying out your workout clothes the night before help?
How has your mindset been? Have you truly given yourself grace? Have you practiced progress over perfection?
Have you reminded yourself that you are amazing?! If not, it’s time to start believing that you are! 👏
Think about where you can be in a month if you start putting in the work today. Where can you be in six months? A year? Five years? All I know is that I can't wait to meet the person you’re becoming! ✨
XOXO!
